• Children 3 to 10 years must purchase ticket for admission.

• No photography, audio or video recording is allowed during the Event unless otherwise stated by the Promoter.

• Organiser can change the event date , venue .

• Organisers are not responsible for any kind of direct or indirect claims on account of the event .As a event participant you undertake any such risk of any unforseen incident that may happen during the event. You are responsible for your family and yourself.

• Organisers can change the seating category & price depending on the need of event & venue

• Organisers would promote the event with one off special offers and can block and release the tickets depending on their bulk bookings confirmations or demand.All purchases made by you are non negotiable for class or price difference or any other concerns .

• The Promoter may add, withdraw or substitute artistes and/or vary advertised programmes, Event times, seating arrangements and audience capacity without prior notice.

• The Promoter/Venue Owner may postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the Event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond his reasonable control.

• The Promoter/Venue Owner reserves the right without refund or compensation to refuse admission/evict any person(s) whose conduct is disorderly or inappropriate or who poses a threat to security, or to the enjoyment of the Event by others.

• The Promoter/Venue Owner/ may use the Ticket Holder's image or likeness in any live or recorded video display, photograph, picture or publicity material or website.

• The Ticket Holder agrees to submit to any search for any prohibited items including but not limited to weapons, controlled, dangerous and illegal substances and recording devices.

• The Ticket Holder voluntarily assumes all risk and danger incidental to the Event whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual Event, including any death, personal injury, loss, damage or liability.

• Tickets Once Sold are non refundable and non negotiatble.
