1. A Rain or Shine event, Tickets Once Sold are non refundable and non negotiable.
2. Admission to show/venue by full ticket only. Printed or electronic tickets must be produced for admission.
3. Adults and children 12 years old and above will each require a ticket for admission.
4. DSLR Not allowed as we will have event photographers we will upload them all post event for free on facebook page & event website.The Photograph's & video's maybe used for marketing purposes.If you wish your photograph's not to be used or to be removed from the website and the facebook page .Pls let us know we will do the need.
5. Infants in arms and children under 12 years old will not be admitted into the venue unless approved by organizer.
6. Latecomers will not be admitted except at the discretion of venue staff. No Re-entry allowed.
7. OUTSIDE FOOD & DRINKS NOT ALLOWED will not be allowed inside the venue.
8. Organiser reserves the right to change the venue, cancel or postpone the event due to unforeseen circumstances if required.
9. Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission to any person whose conduct is inaapropriate and poses a threat to security of the event.
10. Organisers are not responsible for any kind of direct or indirect claims on account of the event .As a event participant you undertake any such risk of any unforeseen incident that may happen during the event. You are responsible for your family and yourself.
11. Organisers can change the seating category & price depending on the need of event & venue
12. The Organiser/Venue Owner reserves the right without refund or compensation to refuse admission/evict any person(s) whose conduct is disorderly or inappropriate or who poses a threat to security, or to the enjoyment of the Event by others.
13. The resale of ticket(s) at the same or any price in excess of the initial purchase price is prohibited.
14. There is no refund, exchange, upgrade or cancellation once ticket(s) are sold.
15. Ticket Holder voluntarily assumes all risk & danger incidental to the Event whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual Event, including any death, personal injury, loss, damage or liability. Organizer does not take responsibility for any claims.
16. Ticket holders assume all risk of injury and all responsibility for property loss, destruction or theft and release the promoters, performers, sponsors, ticket outlets, venues and their employees from any liability thereafter.
